Come celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Norris Recreation Center at our open house March 6th-8th!
In 1975, Lester and Dellora Norris opened the Center to bring the St. Charles community and School District 303 together to offer everyone in the city and surrounding area a place to find health and happiness through current, safe, and fun individual and group activities.
As a 501c3 non-profit fitness, tennis, and aquatic facility, the John B. Norris Recreation Center is the St. Charles community center to promote health and happiness. We encourage each and every one of our community members to physically and mentally challenge themselves and strive for more every day. We have implemented many positive developments through the years and look forward to making further improvements to address the future needs of our community. We will continue to strive to provide a professional, fiscally-sound, and fun environment in which every community member is encouraged to reach his or her own health and happiness goals.
We invite you to come out for our open house, explore our facility, take part in our programming, and spend a little time appreciating life by being active. During the Norris Recreation Center's open house (taking place March 6-8) there will be no charge for the following activities:
Kids ages 12+ can participate in all of our programming and take advantage of our fitness equipment.
Group fitness classes
Childcare with kid yoga (6 weeks - 12 years of age)
Tennis court time access fee*
From March 6 - April 6, we will be holding a contest with the chance to win prizes, including a 1-year club membership for you and your family.
*Tennis court time being offered from open to close March 6-8, 2015 for just $30 per hour with no access fee.
